OLATHEE Weight Loss Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The Weight Loss Challenge (the "Challenge") is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.

2. Challenge Duration:

   • The Challenge will run on a monthly basis, starting from 1st August 2023, and continue indefinitely unless otherwise stated.

3. Participation:

   • Participants must purchase and consume only LUSLIMLABEB herbal teas for the entire duration of the Challenge.
   • Participants must provide proof of purchase (receipt) indicating the date of purchase on or after 1st August 2023.

4. Weight Loss Goal:

   • Participants must aim to lose a minimum of 5 kilograms per month to qualify for cash prizes.

5. Monthly Claim and Submission:

   • Participants can make a claim for every 5 kilograms lost, once a month.
   • Claims must be submitted by the last day of each month.

6. Progress Tracking:

   • Participants are required to document their starting weight and submit progress updates in the form of before-and-after pictures or videos.

7. Verification:

   • All weight loss submissions must be accompanied by photographic or video evidence clearly showing the participant's face, body, and the recorded weight on a calibrated scale.

8. Contestant Selection:

   • A maximum of three contestants will be selected each month.
   • Winners will be chosen based on the fastest recorded weight loss, provided all terms and conditions are met.

9. Cash Prize:

   • Participants who achieve a weight loss of 5 kilograms or more within the month will receive a cash prize of RM 50 for each 5kg lost.
   • Cash prizes will be distributed via Bank transfer within 10 days after the end of the month.

10. Disqualification:

    • Participants may be disqualified for any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with the Challenge rules.

11. Liability:

    • Participants undertake the Challenge at their own risk and release Olathe Empire Sdn Bhd (OLATHEE) and its affiliates from any liability associated with participation.

12. Privacy:

    • Participant information will be kept confidential and used solely for Challenge administration purposes.

13. Cancellation or Modification:

    • Olathe Empire Sdn Bhd (OLATHEE) reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
