2nd step : Drink your

OLATHEE Zesty Mama tea every night. 

It is recommended to drink it right before you sleep or after your last meal for the night.

*The way to prepare it is easy, just like preparing a normal tea, but let it sit in the boiling water for about 3-5 minutes for better absorption. If you want to make it more tasty, add a slice of lemon or few drops of honey. But definitely no sugar!
