1st step : Drink your OLATHEE Zesty Mama tea every morning. It is recommended to drink it before breakfast or with your breakfast. If you don't have the time or missed your morning routine, don't worry about it. Just drink in any time you want before night time.

2nd step : Drink your

OLATHEE Zesty Mama tea every night. 

It is recommended to drink it right before you sleep or after your last meal for the night.

*The way to prepare it is easy, just like preparing a normal tea, but let it sit in the boiling water for about 3-5 minutes for better absorption. If you want to make it more tasty, add a slice of lemon or few drops of honey. But definitely no sugar!
